entry for the contest

while preparing the things that he will bring to the land of cherry blossoms, dennis found a portrait. it was drawn by a filipino friend nico who happens to an artist, at that time dennis was 8 and nico was 12 and has cancer. nico gave this portrait to dennis as a gift after visiting him in the hospital while dennis is having his vacation on the philippines,after going back to america dennis recieved a news that his friend nico passed away, few days after his departure..
nico was one of the few friends he had on that country..
